Carpet Cleaning
1. Pre-Inspection
Our technician(s) will perform a thorough walk-through with you to identify and
understand the areas and spots you wish to be cleaned.
2. Move Furniture
Furniture such as sofas, chairs and tables will be carefully moved to maximize
your cleaning areas prior to any cleaning process.
3. Pre-Vacuum
Your carpet will be carefully vacuumed with a commercial vacuum to remove any
dry, particulate soil or debris before the steam cleaning process.
4. Safety Precautions
Protective equipment such as corner guards, door guards and special hose
straps are put into place to protect your home from scratches, chips, and
smudges that otherwise, was left behind by other unqualified professionals.
5. Pre-conditioning & Spotting
Spots, high traffic areas and other areas of concern are pre-treated using a
heated, high pressured pre-conditioner or natural, safe spotting agents.
6. Agitation
To ensure our pre-conditioning treatment is penetrating your carpet fibers,
agitation is applied with a grooming rake or counter-rotating brush.
7. Steam Rinse & Extraction
Truck-mounted hot water rinse and extraction with professional detergents is
applied under pressure to remove loose soils from the agitation process.
8. Post Spot Treatment
Any left-over spots will be carefully re-treated using special spotting chemicals
to reduce the appearance of any staining.
9. Furniture Replacement
Your furniture will be carefully moved back to its original position and placed up
on foil pads or Styrofoam blocks to prevent any damage.
10. Speed Drying
Your carpet drying time will then be accelerated with commercial air movers
positioned and rotated with each cleaned area.
11. Post Grooming
The cleaned areas will then be groomed to stand the carpet pile for accelerated
drying and fresh appearance.
12. Post Inspection
Our technicians will do a visual walk-through with you to answer any questions,
make adjustments and ensure you’re satisfied with our cleaning process.
